The most delicious way to say good morning, poğaça is a centuries-old Anatolian tradition. There are many different types of poğaça with potatoes, olives and meat, and the flour should be high in protein and have an elastic structure. A warm poğaça coming out of the oven is undoubtedly the best start of the day.

  • 1 kg flour for the dough
  • 200 gr. pastry oil for the dough
  • 200 gr. vegetable oil for the dough
  • 200 gr. yogurt for the dough
  • 70 gr. granulated sugar for the dough
  • 40 gr. fresh yeast for the dough
  • 15 gr. salt for the dough
  • 5 eggs for the batter
  • For the filling 150 gr. goat cheese
  • For the filling 100 gr. classic feta cheese
  • Parsley for the filling
  • 1 egg yolk for the top
