One of the unique recipes that brings together different flavors of Anatolia. It is a timeless recipe that uses sweet and salty flavors and cheese in pastry. Traditionally made on holidays in Anatolia, curd cookies are now a favorite of patisseries with a modern interpretation.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg flour for the dough
  • 500 gr. pastry oil for the dough
  • 500 gr. powdered sugar for the dough
  • 10 eggs for the batter 
  • For the dough 800 gr. unsalted curd cheese
  • 10 grated oranges for the dough
  • Juice of 4 oranges for the pulp
  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda for the dough
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder for the dough
  • 50 gr. ready-made lemon fruit extract for the pulp
