Italian Pizza (Renata / Italian Pizza)

The secret of pizza is hidden in the right flour and a balanced dough. This recipe, prepared with Özmen Un's Renata Pizza Flour, allows you to create professional flavors.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 packet of dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1.5 cups of warm water

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4.5 cups Renata Pizza Flour

For pizza sauce;

  • 1 large tomato

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste

  • 1 tea glass of hot water

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1 teaspoon mint

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Salt

For the filling;

  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (you can also use string cheese)

  • 100 grams grated parmesan cheese

  • 100 grams grated cheddar cheese

  • Oyster mushrooms

  • Ham, Salami

  • 2 green peppers

Prepare

  1. Add yeast and sugar to the warm water and leave it for 5 minutes.

  2. Put the flour in a deep bowl, open the center and add salt, olive oil and yeast mixture.

  3. Knead a soft but not sticky dough.

  4. Cover and leave it to ferment for 40 minutes.

  5. Roll out the dough and place it on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.

  6. Add the sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.

  7. Bake in a preheated 230°C oven for 12-15 minutes.
