  • 80 g melted butter

  • 600 g labne
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mosaic and Pastry Flour
  • Juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanillin

For the lemon sauce:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • Lemon zest
