In May, we took part in one of the most prominent gatherings in the Middle East: the Saudi Food Show 2025.


For us, participating in this exhibition was not only about showcasing our products — it was about introducing the values we’ve nurtured over the years: quality, trust, and innovation, to new geographies. This year, we had the opportunity to share our commitment to food safety, our Industry 4.0-powered dark mill, and our traceability-focused production approach with the attendees. Every visitor we welcomed to our stand experienced more than just flour — they experienced the dedication behind it, our vision, and the passionate journey we’re on.


The Middle East market is not only a strategic one for us — it’s a region that feels close to home, with its taste preferences, production philosophy, and rich stories. We felt this connection once again through the high level of interest shown in our specialty flours for croissants and pizzas. Throughout the exhibition, we had the chance to connect with a wide range of professionals — from international hotel chains to bakers, distributors to chefs. These new partnerships are paving the way for exciting steps in the future of our export network.


With Saudi Food Show 2025, our dream of bringing Anatolia’s wheat heritage to global tables through advanced technology has taken one more step toward becoming a reality.
