The 13th Traditional Baktad Baklava Festival, organized to celebrate our traditional flavors and bring baklava lovers together, was held with a unique enthusiasm this year. As Özmen Un, we were very happy to be a part of this meaningful event.
During the festival, we came together with the visitors and left an unforgettable taste on their palates with our baklava varieties prepared with our high quality flours. In this special event, we once again demonstrated our contribution to the rich heritage of baklava, one of the most valuable flavors of Turkish culinary culture.
On this path we set out on with the mission of protecting our traditional flavors and passing them on to future generations, we were extremely motivated by the intense interest we received during the festival and the positive feedback we received.
