OZMEN UN Was The Focus Of Attention At The FSUMMIT an

Organized by Sözen Organization, 2022 FSUMMIT Antalya brought together gastronomy and tourism professionals, hotel operators, national and international chefs, local and foreign investors. In the organization where 165 industry professionals took part as speakers in 41 separate panels; Famous chefs, writers, content producers and industry operators exchanged ideas on many important issues such as the future of tourism, future trends in gastronomy, hotel expectations of holidaymakers, and sustainability of tourism.

As ÖZMEN UN, we took our place at the summit held at Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel on February 22-23. In the organization where events and product tastings take place, our stand where various recipes are served; It was greeted with great interest by the participants, guests and guests. On the second day of the event, Özmen Un Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Oğuz Özmen conveyed our experience as Hışvahan and the unknowns about the flour industry to the audience.

In the organization, which lasted for two days with pleasure, valuable chefs, journalists and gastronomy pioneers were guests at our stand, while delicious croissants we made with our Belkıs Flour were offered to our guests. Not only croissants, but also the chefs of Eataly, an international brand, brought Italian pizza to taste lovers at our stand. RENATA Pizza Flour, which we produce specially for pizza making, received great attention from the chefs.

At the national and international FSUMMIT Summit held in Antalya, the leading hotel restaurant investors of our country and the world, chefs, F&B managers, food writers and journalists discussed future grain milling and flour production for brands. While we brought our products together with the industry during the fair, we held productive meetings with all the stakeholders of the industry for our future plans.
